SHIPPING POLICY

gomlahub.com ships and delivers orders to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt (except for North Sinai – New Valley)
Delivery takes place on official working days from Saturday to Thursday
There are two shipping categories on gomlahub.com
The normal shipping category and this category is available to all governorates
The category of express shipping on the next day, which is available to the governorates (Cairo, Alexandria and North Delta governorates)
Shipping prices are determined according to the selected category through the order completion page
The normal shipping category is delivered according to the governorate, within 3 to 5 working days
Express shipping category, orders are delivered on the next day of the order (the deadline for receiving the order is 12 pm, and any order after this date is considered the next day)
Receipt of returns is within two working days for all governorates
